For the Phoenix clinic, we created a modern website, developed a financial model and implemented a specialized 1C configuration. The website provided convenient access to information for patients, the financial model — effective budget management, and 1C automated the accounting of medical services. The implemented tool for accounting and warehouse optimized inventory management, increasing operational efficiency by 40% and improving the quality of service.

Comprehensive solutions for business automation using 1C: Managing Our Company.
As part of our project, we implemented the 1C:Management of Our Company (1C:UNF) program and set up its configuration for a company in the construction business. The 1C:UNF configuration is a powerful solution designed for comprehensive management of various aspects of business, including CRM, financial accounting, warehouse and trade management, as well as integration with online stores and other systems. We also linked 1C:UNF with Accounting for Kazakhstan to ensure complete and accurate financial accounting.

Developing a mobile app for delivery couriers with the Doordash IT team
We participated in the creation of a mobile application for delivery couriers together with the IT team of the customer Doordash. The application includes the functions of a built-in navigator, automation of warehouse accounting and vehicle management. Optimization and automation of processes reduced delivery time and costs, the transport management system improved the organization of couriers' work, and at the same time, transparency in salary calculations increased employee satisfaction. The project improved the quality of customer service and strengthened the company's position in the market.
